Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic SEO Specialist to join our team. Your primary role will be to execute and manage local SEO campaigns using our 30-day SOP framework while helping maintain client accounts. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in technical SEO, local search optimization, and content strategy and is familiar with modern web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Follow the DoneSearch.com 30-day SEO SOP to execute technical SEO, content updates, and authority-building.

• Set up and manage local SEO tools (e.g., GSC, GBP, local rank tracking, heatmaps).

• Implement on-page SEO optimizations including metadata, headings, internal linking, and alt text.

• Deploy AI-generated content and ensure proper indexing.

• Monitor and improve GBP (Google Business Profile) rankings with strategic post and Q&A scheduling.

• Build authoritative backlinks through press releases, citations, and guest posts.

• Use AI tools to generate review responses and content strategies.

• Maintain and optimize WordPress, Shopify, and Framer websites for SEO.

• Report SEO performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (Local SEO experience preferred).

• Strong understanding of local search optimization, Google Business Profile, and technical SEO.

• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and Framer (or similar platforms).

• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

• Ability to create and execute topical content strategies for local businesses.

• Experience in backlink building and authority management (PR, citations, link outreach).

• Comfortable using AI-generated content tools and automation workflows.

• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of schema markup, knowledge graphs, and structured data is a plus.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Google Ads or paid search.

• Familiarity with no-code tools for automation (e.g., Make.com, Zapier).

• Experience working with multi-location businesses or franchises.
